Tom Johnstone started his career within SKF’s British subsidiary as a sales person in 1977. Hi co-workers describe him as an easy going person who likes to laugh and create a pleasant atmosphere. This is also the case when it comes down to business.
Tom Johnstone states that it is important to remember that one comes further in a dialogue if one dares to be personal. Its no coincidence that Tom Johnstone was awarded this year’s prize for Sweden’s funniest Stock Exchange CEO*. He received the prize for being a excellent example of an inspiring and serious CEO who at the same time knows how to laugh.
